Next, once you’ve submitted your booking form, pay securely via PayPal (for multiple runs, please modify the Quantity during payment):

Reserve Space By Mail

Print our advertisement booking form (130 KB PDF) and mail the form with accompanying payment to BARS, 2261 Market St #178A, San Francisco, CA 94114.

 

Artwork Submission

Files must be submitted in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, .EPS, .TIFF, or .PDF file. All fonts (screen and printer) and/or images used in the document must be included with ad submission. All files/colors must be converted to process color (CMYK) or grayscale (halftones). Ads submitted in programs other than those listed above, must be saved as a .PDF, .TIFF, or .EPS file with all fonts embedded, built at 100% to size @ 300 dpi and with bleed if needed. Do not send .JPEG files. Do not send RGB files.

All adverts must be paid in full at the time of booking. If paying by check, please make checks payable to “Bay Area Rainbow Symphony” and mail to BARS, 2216 Market St. #178, San Francisco, CA 94114.

 

There is a $25 fee on all returned checks: please refer to the invoice for details. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the booking.

 

Booking cancellations for BARS March 2010 events will be accepted until March 15, 2010. No refund will be accepted on cancellations made after March 15, 2010.
